Acree Graham Macam is a writer based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her prose has appeared in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Electric Literature, The Rumpus, Narrative, and elsewhere. She is an alum of the McCormack Writing Center (formerly Tin House) and holds an MFA from Stonecoast. In 2026, she was awarded the Georgia Writers Association's inaugural sponsored residency at the Hambidge Center. She is the author of the children’s book The King of the Birds (Groundwood) and reviews literary fiction for Publishers Weekly.

By day, she works with creative agencies to lead core messaging engagements, from strategy to copywriting.

She lives with her spouse and two young children on Atlanta’s east side.
